The Celebration of Karen New Year 2749 (2010)
Date: Saturday 12th December 2009
Time: 11am to 2pm
Venue: The Abbeydale Grange School, Hasting Road, Sheffield S7 2GU
Direction and parking information
The school is located approximately 1.5 miles south of Sheffield City Centre.
Bus 97 and 98 (every 12 to 15 minutes)
General information
There will be a sale of Karen traditional costumes, clothes, purses and books. After the ceremony Karen and Burmese food will be served for lunch including Karen Home made dishes followed by more entertainments.
