Zoya Phan speaks at Leamington & Warwick Rotaract Club about Burma and the Burma Campaign UK- All Welcome, free event!
A unique ‘behind the scenes’ interactive event with Zoya Phan, a Political activist from Burma who is the Campaigns Manager of the human rights organisation Burma Campaign UK - one of Leamington & Warwick Rotaract’s chosen charitable causes for 2011-12.
She is an outspoken critic of the Burmese government and has repeatedly called for democratic reform in Burma, as well as a global arms embargo from the British and International governments. In April 2009 she published her autobiography, Little Daughter, in the UK.
This event is free to attend, don’t miss out!
