Fundraise for Burma
Last year, Ben Hammond led the world’s longest continuous dance, 5 days, 15 hours and 15 minutes so this year he will continue dancing from John O’Groats to Lands End in support of Burma focused charities and human rights groups including Burma Campaign UK.
Ben is looking for people to join his Super Saturday dance marathons in 8 cities along the way. If you think you have what it takes click on the link below and find out how to join.
My name is Fran Barclay, and I am running the Glasgow Women’s 10K on 13th May to raise awareness and funds for Burma Campaign UK and the Stop Rape and Sexual Violence campaign.
Although Burma has seen many significant changes for which we can be thankful, the use of rape and sexual violence against women in the ethnic areas continues across the country. Women throughout Burma are being forced to run for their lives. In my freedom, I am running for theirs.
If you are feeling inspired and want to help us fundraise, please register your interest and we will contact you or call 020 7324 4710
