On 19 June 2010 Aung San Suu Kyi, Burma’s democracy leader, spent her 65th birthday in detention, and has now been detained for almost 15 years.
As of today Aung San Suu Kyi has been detained for a total of:

- New Zealand Asked To Support UN Inquiry Into War Crimes
